After sending your parcel, you will receive it within the specified delivery time, depending on the delivery service you choose.
You can track the movement of the parcel on your order page, as well as use third-party services to track it by the track number, which will become available after shipment.
Unpaid order
You can cancel an order by going to its page and clicking the appropriate button. "Cancel the order"
Paid order
If your order has the status "Payment is being verified" or "Payment is being processed", please contact us and let us know about your situation — we will help with its cancellation.
The refund will be made to your bank or card account within 1-14 business days, depending on the selected payment method.
The order has been sent
If your order has already been shipped and is on the way, but for some reason you no longer need it, contact us and describe your situation.
We will try to find the best solution to this problem.
On this issue, you need to contact the support service so that our operator can notify colleagues of a change in the delivery address.
Please note that it is not possible to change the address if the product has already been shipped. Thank you for your understanding!
We use the PayPal payment system, and the refund period depends on the payment method you choose. Usually, a refund made via a credit card is faster, but does not exceed 14 business days.
You can go to your order to see the history of its movement and the track number of your parcel. With this track number, you will be able to track more detailed shipping information through third-party services.
