This is the large size I wanted, but it could easily be made MUCH better. The shoulder strap should be removable. There should be side pouches, for items needed immediately (sunglasses; phone to answer an important phone call or quickly take photos; pepper spray against a dog that is biting my leg). It is heavy - 515 grams - I think the fabric could be thinner and lighter. The lid on the top should open not toward the front, but toward the rider so that he can access items while riding, or without dismounting at brief stops. The vertical pouch on the front should have two zippers instead of one zipper, so I could reach into it without spilling items out of the side. There should be a loop on the front to attach a flashing light or proper reflector - I had to melt two holes to create a loop.
