1. When accepting the package, please carefully check if there is any damage on the spot. If there is any damage, please do not sign for the package. Take photos of the damaged outer packaging/record a video of the damaged outer packaging, and apply for a package damage certificate from the post office to send to us, so that we can solve the problem for you in the future.
2. If you have not received the package, please apply for proof of nonreceipt from the post office and send it to us.
3. If the package has problems and cannot provide proof of damage or proof of receipt, we will not process compensation.
