Due to the embargo on the battery by China Post or customs, the motherboard battery will be removed before shipment.
If the package is damaged when you sign for it, please ask the Logistics providers to provide a proof of damage before signing, and please take an unpacking video of the parcel or some pictures of the damaged package as evidence, you can apply for a refund by opening a logistics dispute complaint on platform directly or contact us in time.
If the parcel is in good condition, you can sign for it directly.
In order to avoid controversy over some potential issues, such as quantity short, please remember to take a video of the unboxing as evidence.

We process and ship orders every Monday - Saturday, and are unable to offer weekends or holidays delivery.

The following are general shipping guidelines
The motherboard will be packed in a retail carton box with foam or bubble wrap as a cushion. Packing method may be vary for different products.
Usually, items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon full payment receipt.
AliExpress Standard Shipping, Usually takes about 10 - 35 or 60 business days to Worldwide;
Expedited Shipping, via DHL /EMS. DHL: takes about 3- 10 business days, EMS: takes about 7- 22 business days.

All products are tested before shipment to ensure that they are functioning well. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the compatibility, parts, accessories, etc. for this product.
If there are any problems, the buyer need to contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will provide you with high-quality after-sales service in a timely manner.

Return Policy
Please do not return any items without our return authorization or other instructions. Any packages that are sent without our knowledge will be refused and no replacements will be issued.
