A: (1)If you haven't placed the order, please send us your custom information that include picture, size, color and words. Our designers will design it for you.
(2)If you have placed the order, and want to customize backdrop, please send your customized information to us after ordered. If we have not received your customize email 12 hours later, we will ship the product you ordered.
2.Q: How can i cancel the order?
A: Please email us and we can help you cancel the your order within 12 hours. The Order over 12 hours have been produced or shipped and cannot be canceled.
3. Q:How do I customize the background not on sale?
A: You can send the pictures or ideas and size you want to our customer service, and our designers will try to design a similar background for you.
4.Q:Can I print my own picture or design?
A: We can help you print your own picture.
You need to provide the high quality print file to us.The Resolution at least 300dpi.

5.Q:Can the background be washed? how to remove creases?
A:It is made of vinyl cloth.It can not be washed, and you can use the iron ironing in the back of the background with low temperature to eliminate or reduce the creases, but please do not ironing in the front of the background or let the background touch the water, because that will ruin the background.
6.Q: When package ship out? How long it can delivery?
A:The package normally ship out within 2-3 days. And the standard shipping service normally need 15-40 days to delivery. If you are need it urgently, please choose express shipping service.
7.Q: Will there be tariffs?
