Q1: Can i customize my personalized backdrop?
A1: We provide free personalized customization service, such as different sizes customization, adding your text, photo, or customing backdrop based on your own picture. Please contact with us to confirm the customized plan before ordering.
Q2: How to remove the wrinkles?
A2: Use the iron to process backside(not the image side) of the backdrop at medium-low temperature. Repeatedly ironing it a few times until the wrinkles are removed. Please take extra care to avoid damage to the backdrop from high temperature .
Q3: How to fix the backdrop?
A3: Our photography backdrops are soft and smooth, 100-120g/SQ light weight, it is suitable for double sided tape, push pins, thumbtack, clamp, or backgrounds stand usage, the backdrops will cause no damage to your wall.
Q4: How to get a good effect photo with backdrop?
A4: Ensure camera is at a certain distance from the backdrop to get the effect photographs. If camera is too close to the backdrop, it may caused a bad effect of pixel particles pattern.
Q5: How long time it takes for delivery?
