Application

2008 HVLP is a professional automotive paint spray gun. It is suitable for automobile primer, topcoat and gloss paint. It is also suitable for spraying on furniture/handicrafts/ interior decoration/ murals/ metal, etc.

1.4 Caliber

Applicable scenarios: small area repair and coloring of the car body / varnish spraying of the whole vehicle
Paint used: top coat/varnish

1.7 Caliber

Applicable scene: large-area surface paint spraying of the body / large-area clear paint spraying
Paint used: top coat/varnish

2.0 Caliber

Applicable scenarios: large-area primer spraying for bodywork/large-area topcoat spraying for bodywork
Use paint: primer/top coat

1. Unscrew the air cap of the spray gun
2. Unscrew the paint regulating valve, take out the needle and spring after disassembling

3. Pull out the needle and spring by hand (the trigger can be pulled, easy to pull out)
4. Use a wrench to remove the nozzle

5. After the nozzle is removed, insert the new needle from the back
6. After the gun needle is inserted, screw on the spring and paint adjustment valve knob

7. When pulling the trigger, screw on the nozzle and tighten it by hand first, while pulling the trigger, use a special wrench to tighten
8. Finally screw on the air cap

Note：

During the installation process, do not damage the nozzle and needle, please use professional tools to disassemble and install, please follow the above steps
Installation and disassembly, otherwise the concentricity of the needle cap will not be high, which will affect the use experience and service life.
