Controller connection instructions
a Before connecting the solar panel, please connect the controller to the battery first. Connecting the solar panel without connecting the battery may cause the controller to burn out and fail to display.
b After the controller is connected to the storage battery, connect the above-mentioned series or parallel solar panels to the controller through the transfer cable.
c Finally, connect the required DC load to the load end of the controller. If the load does not work, press the third button of the controller.
d According to the controller manual, adjust the parameters you need.
Precautions for installation of solar system
a When connecting this solar system, first connect the controller to the battery, and then connect the solar panel. Do not reverse the connection order.
b Please install the controller in a well-ventilated area such as indoors or shadows to avoid exposure of components and prevent water from entering the controller.
c The total power of the solar panel and DC load cannot be greater than the rated power of the controller (voltage × current),otherwise there may be a risk of burning the controller.
d The inverter cannot be connected to the controller, but must be connected to the battery.
e After installation, check whether all line connections are tight to avoid the danger of heat accumulation due to virtual connection.
f The positive and negative poles of the solar panel in the same series connection cannot be short-circuited to prevent damage to the solar panel.
g The positive and negative poles of the controller and battery should be checked clearly. Do not connect the positive and negative poles in reverse
How to use rechargeable batteries：
① First connect the controller battery terminal line with the crocodile clip line.
② Clip the red and black clips of the crocodile clip to the positive and negative terminals of the battery, respectively.
③ Connect the output line of the solar folding bag with the photovoltaic input line of the controller.
④ If there is a DC load, connect the DC load to the controller.
⑤ Place the solar folding bag in the sun, and try to make the panel face the sun as much as possible to prevent the obstruction.
⑥ Adjust the controller parameters (set the parameters according to the controller's instructions, or set the parameters according to your own requirements, and use the default parameters).
How to charge a portable mobile power
supply：
① Connect the controller battery terminal cable to the portable power bank adapter first.
② Replace the charging head of the mobile power adapter with a matching interface.
③ Plug the replaced charging cable into the charging port of the mobile power supply.
NOTE:
When there is no sunshine, the light intensity decreases to starting point. Then the controller recognizes the starting signal after six minutes. The load will start to work according to the setting parameter. When there is sunshine, the light intensity rises to starting point, and then the controller recognizes the close signal after six minutes. The load will stop working.
