The air purifier will not turn on and displays "E1" error code. What should I do?
Please check the filter cover and make sure it's tightly closed (you will hear a clatter).

The air purifier has gone all the way up to 500 which is red. How to reset and have it return to green?
The sensor may be blocked by dust or hair, please try to vacuum and wipe inside add outside of air purifier and sensor.
After replacing filter, the red light is still on...Is it working? How to RESET it?
The red light reminds you that it's time for a new filter. But it doesn't mean that the air purifier is not working properly. After replacing the filter, please press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the red grid-like symbol disappears.
The air purifier produces an unusual noise after it's turned on.
Please check if the protective bag is removed from the HEPA filter.
