A: Generally, we supply 1 year warranty with our products, meanwhile any defective products, please send us pictures, video or defective samples, we need to check it firstly. Furthermore, the warranty doesn't cover any damaged products caused by improper use.We offer free spare parts for repairing ,return and change or discount for next orders etc,anyway we will deal with it in a satisfying way , and we have very strict QC system inside, defective rate is less than 0.1%
