Q:My food sticks to the basket every time I use it
A:Before use, please coat the frying basket with a layer of oil, and coat the food with a layer of oil, which can effectively prevent the food from sticking to the frying basket during heating.
Q:The power cord can't be firmly connected to the interface, don't like the magnetic power cord
A:The power cord adopts a magnetic power cord. If there is a collision and pull during the connection process, it will easily fall off, so as to avoid safety accidents caused by the fryer tipping over and falling.
Q:After installing according to the manual, the product cannot be turned on
A:Make sure that the back of the heating element is in normal contact with the product connection interface, and then make sure that the "This side up" logo on the power cord is facing upward.
Q:The heating takes a long time, and the actual temperature is different.
A:The heating time depends on the set temperature, the boiling point of the selected oil, the amount of oil added, and the actual temperature of the mechanical fryer will have a small error from the set temperature. It is recommended to use auxiliary tools to monitor the oil temperature.
