Correct usage of manual micro sewing machines:
1. Holding the machine: Use the four fingers of your right hand to support the base of the machine, place your thumb naturally on the cover of the machine, and hold the whole machine steadily.
2. Thread: Gently pull out the thread on the spool. Thread through the lead coil again. The threaded thread should be temporarily placed next to the needle, and the threading device should be threaded through the needle hole from the front of the needle (towards the junction of the body). Then, the thread should be introduced into the small hole of the threading device, and the threading device should be pulled out. The thread should be about 2-3 cm long and pressed onto the wire pressing plate to be ready for use.
3. Cloth placement: Use your right index finger to lift the pressure plate and place the prepared fabric (with a thickness not exceeding 0 millimeters) flat under the pressure plate. Gently place it back on the pressure plate and press it down on the fabric;
4. Sewing operation: Hold the fabric with your left hand, gently and quickly press down on the top of the cover with your right thumb to the bottom, then press down again with your thumb. Repeat this process, and the fabric feeding mechanism will automatically send the sewn fabric to the left. Hold the machine and gradually move the right hand to the right, while the left hand holds the fabric and gently moves the sewn object to the left in accordance with the sewing rhythm, until the sewing is completed; Cut the thread ends with scissors and gently pull up the pressure plate to remove the fabric. Pull out a piece of thread from the back of the sewn fabric, thread it into the adjacent coil, tighten it and tie a knot, and the stitch will be firm; At the end of sewing, do not forcefully pull the fabric to break the thread ends, in order to avoid damaging the machine needles and stitches;
6. This function automatically feeds and adjusts the tightness between the pins, but pay attention to the following points: if the pins are too tight, adjust the pressure nut slightly counterclockwise; The pins are too loose, adjust the pressure nut slightly clockwise; Ensure the correct pin tightness. If you need a larger stitch, pull the cloth on your left hand slightly faster. If you need a tighter stitch, you can pull the cloth with your left hand slightly slower;
7. Wire changing group: If using a large wire group, the spare extension rod can be connected to the spool and inserted into the large wire group. Place the spare plastic cap at the end of the pole to fix the large ball of thread, then thread it again, adjust the tightness of the thread, and then sew it; Use cotton or synthetic thread effects.
8. Needle replacement: Loosen the fixing screw and remove the broken needle. Install the new needle as shown in the diagram, making sure that the flat surface of the needle is facing the fixing screw and cannot be installed upside down. Pocket and manually operated, this sewing machine has the function of automatically feeding fabric and adjusting the tightness between stitches, achieving professional results;
