INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Clean:
1. Allow the Waffle Baker to fully cool before you begin any cleaning procedures.
2. Make sure the Waffle Baker is unplugged from the power supply.
3. Using a dry cloth remove all remaining food particles.
4. If food particles still remain use a non-abrasive detergent. NEVER USE DETERGENTS THAT CONTAIN CAUSTIC SODA. This will destroy the plates.

Warranty:
The warranty of the machine is for 1 year since the machine is sent out.
Remark:
1.It will be inspected by our professional technician before sending out from our warehouse. We 100% ensure the good will good quality and check carefully before sending to you,please rest assured to you .
2.About shipping time:We will arrange shipping for you immediately,but if reach holidays,weekends,and other delay delivery time.Hope we can communicate with each other and we can extend the delivery time for you.
3.About shipping method:We will choose to suitable shipping method according to goods weight and dimension.If goods weight over 90kg we advise to choose ocean shipping way to save cost.We can also respect your choice abut the shipping method.
4.Shipping:
A.Usually we use DHL/ Fedex/ UPS/TNT/EMS, which will take about 5-15 days to most countries.For Brazil we will use EMS which is easy for customers to receive goods.We will ship your order via FedEX/DHL/UPS/TNT according to actual situation without notice in advance, e.g. if you choosen DHL free shipping, we may ship by UPS/TNT or other similar express courior ! If your address belongs to remote area of Fedex/DHL/UPS/TNT , it is customer duty to pay the remore area charge, othewise it can not be ship out.
B.We are not responsible for any customs/import tax or VAT caused in case at buyer's country,
C.Brazil, Ukraine and Russia customers are suggested to choose EMS as shipping way. it will cost 1 month more or less even if you choose this. Paying tax is the obligation of international buyers, buyer should consult their local customs how much the tax will be.

2. whenever the guidance help needed ,Wewill fulfill its power to make it and corresponded training works are available in factory .
3.once you met trouble ,better tell the responded sales with evidence …We advise with pics which can back you up strongly. We can prepare spare parts in your next order repetitively. If urgently needed, courier charge beard by buyer.
4. All products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch.
In case the item is defective, please inform us within 3 days of receipt and send up the defected photos.
5. Items returned after 7 days of delivery are only eligible for repair.
6.All items must be returned in their original condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
