The case is very qualitative a small detail: the locations of the top for the disks, some hard drives are a little thick, which makes a screw that exceeds very slightly complicates the insertion of the HDD 2 of the 6 caddies were slightly twisted, But nothing very serious the fan works and makes very little noise the connectors require a little force so that the discs connect when inserting them, but the hammer is not necessary either: p conclusion: great service from the seller, great product that I highly recommend :)
