The filter came with a scratch on the surface, at first it was not noticeable when photographing during day but at night it is unusable

Ordered the ND16, was supposed to reduce 4-stops but in reality it's actually a 3-stops (exposure went up to 4 seconds from 1/2 with no filter). Image quality suffered quite a bit with the filter on. Color shift (purple tint) and haze appear with the filter on. It could be acceptable for low-fi purposes but I wouldn't recommend using it for quality work, you will take a big hit in image quality. For the price though, there's not much to expect from for the price.
