Well, when it came in the rubber that keeps the phone in place was loose. Had to fix it with dubble sided tape but okay. I use a Samsung S9+ and can't be charged with a case (I have a thicker case but people in the description said it would work). Even without the case I need to put it on several times before it starts charging. Tested it with my daughters s10 and same problem. When it does charge, it charges pretty fast but at this point I don't I will use it that much and buy another brand.
