The product is beautiful, excellent listening. I haven't used it too much yet, so I can't talk about the battery thing.

Shipping 2 weeks, everything as described. Nicely packed. Clear sound, really comfortable to wear. I got them at 70% charge, now after 10-15 hours of listening to audio they are at 50% (they have stayed there for long). Mic is good.
