First off, my package was delivered yesterday and when we answered the phone to let the carrier in, they hung up, when we contacted them right away, was told it was too late, it would be delivered tomorrow. I just received it now and as the pictures show, the mailing package was opened , and had been reseated. The product box was open and contents loose in the bag. Even though the package was earlier than expected, this is unacceptable. I also had to order the filters separately and even though I ordered them at the same time, I had to pay for shipping twice because they were shipped in two separate orders. This is not acceptable, even though I paid less than $10.00 Canadian, I have to wait for the filters to be delivered to use it. Very disappointed.
